Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy We totally understand — life happens! That said, we do reserve time specifically for you and appreciate your understanding that last-minute changes impact both our stylists and other clients waiting to be seen. Cancellation Fee Breakdown 48 hours or more in advance: No charge 24 hours or less: $75 cancellation fee No-show: $100 forgiveness fee Repeat Offender Policy After two no-shows or short-notice cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments. If a future appointment is missed or cancelled within 48 hours, that deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions In the event of a snow or weather emergency, we completely understand and will waive cancellation fees. We just ask that you reach out as soon as possible so we can adjust your appointment. Many of our services require allotted time slots and short-notice cancellations leave limited opportunities to fill these openings.
